The "Master" Push-To-Talk (or PTT) button is used to talk out over "selected" console resources.
The Line PTT function allows users to communicate with a resource
regardless
of the current console's selected or patched state. This means, that
even if the user has resources selected and "
patch edit" mode active,
the user can talk with the endpoint without affecting who they are currently
monitoring. Also referred to as "QuickPTT".

PTT Talkback gives you an easy way to talk to the most recently active resource without
affecting your current console settings. When used, it does a "
Line PTT" (see directly above) on the last
resource that received audio.
